Attention Bloggers!

Want to power up your photos and graphics with Photoshop? This hands-on workshop will have you creating assets you’ll be proud of, using the best software on the market. Learn how to edit photos like a pro, create the custom graphics you’ve been dreaming of… even make your own animated gifs!

Workshop Outline

– Saving images for web, the smart way
– Automating tasks to save you time
– Basics of photo editing and touchup
– Principles of design and effective layout to attract readers
– Creating custom animated gifs

We break at lunch for 12-1pm. Lunch is not provided.

This workshop places importance on design theory and application specific for the needs of bloggers. You must have taken my *Photoshop Basics workshop* or have a similar level of experience with Photoshop.

You should be familiar with basic computer skills (how to open, save, access files). You must bring your own laptop with Adobe Photoshop (not Photoshop Elements) already installed. The workshop is taught on a PC environment but easy to follow with a Mac. This is a fast-paced workshop and TAs will be on hand to support you.

Don’t have Adobe Photoshop? Not to worry – you can access a free trial here:
